Verification data: identity and address documents where required by our licence
Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, bets and bonus activity

To operate your account, settle bets and process payments
To meet legal AML, KYC and responsible gambling obligations
To detect fraud, bot activity and account takeover attempts
To send service messages, and marketing only where you have opted in

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy at any time by emailing legal@chearsclub.com. Some records must be retained for regulatory periods even after account closure. We never sell personal data.
